This isn't just a hotel; it's a living piece of history, housed within a breath-taking ancient building that exudes charm and character at every turn. The hotel's owner Mimo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful advice. Our room was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, blending modern comforts with the hotel's historic charm. The room offered comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Overall, our stay at Savarini was a truly unforgettable experience, a perfect blend of history, luxury, and impeccable service. We highly recommend Mimo's hotel to anyone seeking a unique and memorable stay in Italy. We can't wait to return!

Our window opened to the Santa Maria alla Porta, one of the oldest churches of the town. Our host was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting for our arrival at the accomodation - which is a several hundred years old palace in the old town of the city - and helped find a parking place which is not easy in the downtown. He gave us hints what places to visit, and he was always open to questions or requests. The breakfast was perfect, with hot and delicious pastery and coffee. The room and even the bath have such special wallpaper and furniture that we felt somewhere in the 18th century. It was a very special experience, I can just recommend it.

Very special experiance. Old palace which is beautyful from inside and from outside. Host was very friendly. Wonderful breakfast in originally decorated room. I recomand a smal walk through small town, where you can meet Italy as it was in the time before turisme.

An unique experience in a very special place, old and spacious rooms combined with modern facilities, situated right in the city center of Palo Del Cole , 20 min close to Bari. Great views from the balcony. Spacious, clean, with free parking spot in front. Mimmo is an excellent host, very kind and available, he prepares one of the best breakfasts, with fresh Italian pastries and coffe and much more. Thank you Mimmo.
