Both self and my spouse thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff’s hospitality. However, I would earnestly request the management to consider giving a reasonable comfort to the drivers who bring in the guests all the way from other parts of our country. We came all the way from Mysuru, via Thiruvallur… Long journey and imagine if the driver doesn’t get good rest , a decent place to rest and restroom… We aren’t recommending rooms like that for guests, but just humanitarian needs to be met. Everything else was par excellent in the hotel, but for the facilities for the drivers. My driver had to sleep in our car . That’s the tragedy. Trust the management considers.
