-2 There will be one 1.45 meter deep pool. The children's pool and the lake pool will remain closed.
-3 Baby Club open 5 days a week (5.30 hours TBA).
- 4 Miniclub open 7 days a week.
-5 Daytime and evening adult entertainment.
-6 All rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub as well as we have rooms for the disabled with an accessible shower.
-7 The hotel has a Buffet Restaurant, Lounge Bar and snack served inside the restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect location for Palmanova and the beach a very short walk out of the back gate of the hotel. Friendly helpful staff and the entertainment team are fabulous, very hard working, friendly and enthusiastic.

This is a very good hotel in an excellent location. It’s large, with two separate buildings, each having its own restaurant, and guests are free to use either one. The beach is only a 1–2 minute walk away and it’s fantastic! The all-inclusive offering is excellent — you can practically eat all day. Right after breakfast, there’s a generous snack selection with proper hot dishes from the fast-food range, available until 11 p.m. Meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were varied, fresh, and not much repetitive. In a full week, I never ate the same main dish twice, and I’m quite picky. Breakfast had everything you’d expect — cold cuts, eggs, pastries, salmon, fruit — and the drinks selection was equally impressive, with plenty of cocktails, juices, and most alcoholic drinks. The hotel has lots of staff, all friendly and helpful. The animation program for both children and adults runs all day and is excellent. The animation team is cheerful, fun, and makes a real effort to get guests involved in games and activities. Cleanliness is at a decent level; I’m quite particular about this, and while it wasn’t perfect, it was good enough to feel comfortable in the room and public areas.
