We spent 4 nights at this hotel in Palma Nova and were very happy with our stay! Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The pools were clean and relaxing, and the cocktails at the bar were delicious and nicely presented. Breakfast and dinner offered a great variety and were fresh and tasty every day. The location is very convenient — right in the town centre, close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet inside the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was spotless. Highly recommended for a calm and comfortable holiday

We came as part of a hen party (all ~40 years old!) on multiple bookings and reception quickly swapped rooms around so we could be close to each other but in twin beds! All staff were incredibly friendly and polite The pool area was a nice relaxing environment which didn't feel too busy. It was nice to find the cut through into the centre of town and we felt it was well situated. Also check out time was great

Loved location, clean and modern hotel. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nightly entertainment was nice. Very good breakfast included. Privilege room was great choice with rooftop pool access a real bonus (less busy than general pool areas)

The breakfast was lovely - a great range of fresh food. The location was perfect, all staff were very friendly and approachable and requests e.g., fresh towels or milk were dealt with swiftly.
