The beautiful view from the room, good food, welcoming staff. Especially our children enjoyed animator Anna, they liked to play with her and dance in evening disco. We have only pleasant memories about this hotel.

The food was great, staff were good, but the room was not so great it didn't seem they were ready for us in the first place,towels only for 2 ppl considering we booked for family of 4, 2 months in advance, crockery and cutlery only 3 sets not that we needed them anyway but just it seemed we were not expected to arrive, even though we announced in advance approximately expected arrival time. Room needs improvement, a disabled access room, but that's not a problem. The problem is that a disabled person would have a hard time using it, the toilet handle was almost dismantled, the door doesn't open properly as it hanging onto the floor, no shelf for shampoo in the shower which means we kept them on the floor, all together room needs improvement, bedroom window won't lock, the noise from outside very disturbing, under our balcony was staff changing room or so and every time they open the giant metal gate would make a lot of noise, also in the same yard they kept the big waste bins. I think we received the worst possible room. The good thing was the swimming pool was nearby, so was the restaurant and reception. We enjoyed the sun and swimming pool and food otherwise.

Entertainment staff Dani and Anna were lovely! Free activities like rifle shooting, archery and kayaking included for free. Half board is a good option. Late check out was available which allowed us to enjoy our last day.
