We had a wonderful stay. Communication in advance was excellent. The apartment was brilliant - beds super comfy, facilities great, clean and bright and so nice. The location is really handy for the marina and old town. Was quiet and peaceful despite being in the heart of the old town. We visited with two older children and they loved it too.

Victoria is an absolute gem. There were some issues and complications, due only to user error, and she gracefully helped us as we learned through our mistakes. She was kind, patient, and absolutely customer focused while still being professional. One night we had to call her at 10 pm because we thought we left the key inside the apartment and shut the door. She was incredibly understanding. She arranged for someone to come let us in at 22h30. She was also incredibly humble when we found the key in the coat pocket we were wearing. Oops… The location is incredible. The flat had everything we needed, including a little extra. It was so good that we are thinking of coming back next year.
