Good location close to city center. Comfortable beds and good aircon. Bathroom was nice too. Rooftop bar is a bonus. Gym looked decent.

If you are looking for a place that feels genuinely welcoming in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, JS Palma Plaza is it. I stayed here during the Half Marathon and it truly elevated the whole experience. The staff are exceptional. Warm, attentive, and radiating the kind of authentic hospitality that you simply cannot fake. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, from a kind word before race day to a heartfelt welcome back after the finish line. The rooms are an absolute delight, spacious, immaculately maintained, and so comfortable that returning after 21 kilometres felt like pure bliss. Soft bedding, serene atmosphere, every detail thoughtfully considered. JS Palma Plaza is not just a hotel — it is the kind of place that stays with you long after you have returned home. Highly recommended. Will absolutely return.
