There is so much to love - the staff s excellent. They really elevate the experience and it is clear that work really hard. The pool is gorgeous and the sun terrace is a fabulous sun trap. The breakfast is something to behold and the restaurant food is also really excellent.

We were a group of Scottish girls travelling for my hen, we felt this hotel was perfect balance between budget and luxury. We enjoyed the pool area and the size of the rooms. We also had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant on the Saturday night Felipe was great to deal with via email and arranged pre ordering of meals to keep it smooth.

The hotel is nice and clean, we found the pool area to have sufficient amount of beds during our stay and both pool temperatures were lovely. We ate lunch everyday from the pool bar menu which had plenty of choice and was delicious, we found the service from the pool bar staff to be polite and fast, they work really hard during the heat of the day. Separately, we stayed in the standard rooms with balcony and found our rooms to be clean and the beds super comfy. The hotel is a short walk from supermarkets and the marina and a 25 minute walk to Palma City Centre, however, taxis take 5 minutes and cost $6, the reception staff kindly ordered our taxis to the Centre and to the airport. Upon check out, there is a luggage storage room and a wash room - tip: you cannot pre-book a time slot for the wash room so ensure plenty of time before departing. I used the gym once during our short stay and found it to be clean and just enough for what I needed!
