The hotel entrance felt like a 5 star hotel and the reception staff were welcoming. The room had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Our kids slept on the sofa bed and loved that they had their own flat screen tv. The decor and lighting throughout the hotel was very stylish and luxurious. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and only used a taxi to get to the airport (15 minutes)

The hotel location was perfect, in easy walking distance to see the sights of Palma. Breakfast was fab, lots of variety to choose from. The rooftop pool and the pool on the ground floor were an added bonus in a city centre hotel.

This is the 7th time we have stayed in this hotel. We come every October for a girls weekend and we love everythng about this hotel. It is perfect for what we want for a weekend away.

Hotel Saratoga has a superb location in every respect. The Sky Bar is excellent with a stunning view. But unfortunately it ends there. The former Glory of Hotel Saratoga has losts its charm and elegance. Un upgrade is definitely necessary. From 4+ grade ten years ago has now turned into 3+.
