We received the friendliest welcome we've ever had when checking into a Hotel! (as well as the offer of a lovely welcome drink). The Hotel is spotless, the room was as described on the website and the breakfast was lovely in a stunning room with a beautiful arched roof (& again the friendliest breakfast person ever). The Hotel is right next to the Basilica (but there are no early morning bells) and just around the corner from the centre of town and a v.short walk to sights such as the amazing Cathedral.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, everywhere was very clean. I loved the architectural features and beautiful tiles, enjoyed the bustle we could see from the window and the fabulous view from the roof terrace. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, just off a quiet square and an easy walk from restaurants, shops and historic sights. Would definitely do it all again.
