The hostel is authentic, public areas are very beautiful with antique furniture. The room was clean, there were towels and sheets. There is a hair dryer and an iron, they are shared and must be taken from reception. The location of the hostel is excellent. The stuff was very nice and we were allowed early check-in.

Impeccably clean! Comfy pillow and stunning building overall. Perfectly located. And very kind staff! Would definitely stay again! My room was also much less noisy than expected based on other reviews.

We had a lovely stay, staff at Hostal Pons was very helpful and in a great area in Palma. Would recommend!
