Very good breakfast, kettle and coffee in the room and the shower is really good. The location is very good with a bus from the airport stopping at the bus stop just across from the hotel.

We travelled from the UK by plane and arriving at Palma airport we got the A1 bus outside the airport terminal to the Hotel. The bus stops, across the road from the hotel. So easy to get to. The location of the hotel to Palma centre is excellent a short 5 -10 minute walk,,( Down Avendia Jaume 111 ) also other bus stops going to other places within the city or farther a field, are in this street. Our room was excellent with a patio/ balcony. It was kept very clean and serviced daily. The shower cubicle was very good but needs extra lighting .........I have forwarded this on to reception The breakfast / restaurant were also good and there a plenty of alternative restaurants/cafes within a short walk outside. The Marina is a 10 minute walk from the hotel The staff were very helpful and pleasant....Thankyou

Location, excellent breakfast. Front desk, Esther and Melanie were very knowledgeable about restaurant recommendations for Mallorcan food and tapas. Located next to a row of restaurants and within walking distance to old town

The location is absolutely perfect for the main attractions, restaurants and shops. El Corte Inglés is very close which was fabulous as it's a favourite of mine 🥰
