I really liked the structure and the suite, it was super clean and equipped with all was needed. the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable and the position to the city center makes this hotel a very good spot in Palm Springs.

I booked a Suite, it was a room. Open plan shower & vanity sink to the room with a toilet behind a sliding door. A small area with coffee machine, mugs/cups, a high cupboard with plates, cutlery, kettle & microwave. Two low back hard dining chairs, no table to sit at. No sofa or comfortable chairs. A tiny fridge. No sink/kitchen area. Large bed, but the mattress sags in the middle. An a/c unit. Doors direct to a small terraced pool area with lots of seating and sun loungers and umbrellas. Nowhere to relax in the room except the bed. Nowhere to get water or wash cups etc except in the vanity. There’s talk of lush gardens on the website, there is no lush garden. There’s a small pool that’s heated and a spa pool. Parking is free. They mention sound proof rooms, they are very much not. Location is great. No formal daily housekeeping service. Housekeeper was on site each day and he was super nice and helpful, but you had to ask for anything you wanted, including fresh bedding/towels. It should not be advertised as Suites, there are no suites. There are 7 fairly good sized rooms. I might recommend it to others but I’d be honest about the rooms and in room facilities, or lack of. The best thing was the comfy sun loungers, heated pool and the lovely Housekeeper.

Excellent location for access to downtown and great jumping off point for surrounding attractions. Whole facility was immaculate and especially the pool area and common area. Comfortable and friendly surroundings. Bed was terrific!!
