An Unforgettable Stay in Palkonya – True Hospitality at Its Best Our stay in Palkonya was nothing short of exceptional, despite a rocky start—Booking.com completely messed up our reservation. But thanks to the lead staff member’s (Szandra) incredible dedication and quick thinking, everything was resolved smoothly and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even upgrading our room. The appartman was not quite finished yet, but everything was sorted with a professional care. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the staff’s heartfelt hospitality. This wasn’t just customer service—it was kindness, passion, and a love for the place. We left feeling cared for, relaxed, and already planning our return. I hope the owner of the place knows how fantastic crew working there. Highly recommended—for the beauty of Palkonya, and even more so for the people who make it shine.

Spotlessly clean, in a really nice remote location in the middle of nature. Super quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The best thing however was the kindness of the staff, who upgraded our room (free of charge) because of the stormy weather. Really enjoyable stay.
