From the moment we arrived we were met by Patrizia who was a very warm welcoming and very helpful host,with very good English,the place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.we stayed for four days and would happily have stayed longer,it’s in a beautiful location and within very easy reach of shops and restaurants,we had a car so it was an ideal location for touring the beautiful countryside and within easy reach of rome,a little gem of a property

Starting from the hosting, the Filippo's mother was very friendly and helps as a lot with suggestions for places in area, then the house was clean, and has everything nessesary to feel like home. A spacious home with garden and balconies. The location was good, we loved the smell of the jasmine everywhere 🥰

Modern, clean apartment, every room is air-conditioned, you have everything you need for a good vacation. Opposite is a fitness facility with a swimming pool and tennis courts. Rome and the sea are within easy reach. We went to the sea by bikes, it's Ok and there's a relatively quiet straight road down there, but overall Italy isn't that bike friendly, I have to say. Its not like Holland, Germany or Spain. Maybe it's better to use a car. In particular I would point out a very good value for money ratio of the apartment. That may of course change with the time but for now it's very good.
