I’d love to recommend this charming and comfortable house near the lake to everyone! First of all, I want to thank the host, Lana, and her parents for such a warm and heartfelt welcome! When we arrived at the bus stop (which is not far from the house), Lana’s father met us there and kindly walked us to the cottage - it really touched me and made me happy, it reminded me of my childhood when our relatives always came to meet us too☺️. Inside the house, everything felt so cozy and arranged with such care and warmth - it was clear that everything was done with heart. We were also greeted with a pleasant welcome set❤️. The cottage has a beautiful design, bright cheerful décor, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Despite its size, the house has everything you might need: dishes, plates, forks, pots, barbecue tools (a grill and tongs), tea cups, wine glasses, and importantly - a wine opener :) Don’t forget to use the cup coasters provided so that everyone can enjoy this lovely home for a long time - they’re there too! The house is bright and cozy, with a lovely light kitchen. If you don’t want to cook on the grill, there’s also a stove inside. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and well-stocked with towels! Thanks to the heated floor, it’s also very comfortable to take a shower even when it’s chilly. We stayed here in October and were worried it might be cold inside, but the entire house has underfloor heating, easily adjustable with a remote control on the wall behind the mirror. Because of that, it’s always pleasantly warm, and you can walk barefoot without your feet getting cold. Lana’s mother kindly showed us extra blankets☺️ just in case we got cold, but luckily we didn’t need them :) Even though one wall is made of glass panels, the house has blackout curtains that completely block out any light from outside. So you don’t have to worry about being seen in the evening or being woken up by early sunlight in the morning.

Very nice small house with a great location in Palic. It was clean and comfortable with all amenities you would need. The host, Lana, was more than nice and very understanding, as we had to check in after the check in time slot. She was very helpful. All in all, a great stay in Palic.

Neat and clean house, facilities are superb, air conditioning was a blessing! The terrace really made our time there great to have outdoor chats and beverages. The host was very kind, and did not bother at all.
