Very clean, in the middle of Palermo, and the staff was super nice! Make sure to book the correct room (I made a little mistake myself by booking "city view" and expecting the view to Teatro massimo, which is titled differently apparently. Check the other room descriptions to compare that) Nothing to complain about, I really enjoyed my short stay there!
