The staff were absoluitely lovely - warm and friendly and very helpful. It was a real pleasure to be with them. Breakfasts were continental and we always had far too much choice.. The hotel is in the best possible location close to all the sights. Truly a great choice if you value hotels that are individualistic and quirky.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the hotel has a quirky decor that makes it unique. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was really good, and the location is excellent – close to the train station and within walking distance to explore Palermo. The pool was a great bonus, especially since it stays open late – perfect to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again!
