This is a beautiful conversation of a palazzo into apartments, providing an oasis of calm in an otherwise hectic city. Walking distance from the opera house, marina and city centre. Very comfortable rooms and bedding, a very good ensuite rain-fall shower. Host Riccardo very communicative and helpful, a great breakfast was provided. We were there over the Easter weekend so local parking was closed; Riccardo would have helped with booking this otherwise. Some road-side parking is available within Low traffic zone locally but we parked at the station long-stay having decided this was the safest option.

The accommodation is really well located. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful information such as car parking options, ZTL details, and local food recommendations. Communication was excellent and ensured the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well decorated. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well prepared.
