The small boutique hotel is well located in the middle of the old town, in walking distance of the main sightseeings. It is a place where one can enjoy genuine Sicilian setting and hospitality. The rooms are all comfortable and well equipped. We had the Superior double room, which provided us with plenty of space, beautiful light and authentic Italian decoration as well as a superb view on the theatre and its square. Bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is generous, offering products of good quality; it is usually served in the rooms but can also be served in the small lounge room upon request. The staff has impressed us by their professionalism and attention to the individual guests, always courteous and helpful.

The central location and parking arrangements worked well. We were also given a recommendation to visit another hotel in the group, the Mondello Glam...........in the nearby coastal town of Mondello, for restaurant and views, which we took up, and were very impressed by. Thanks to reception staff for this tip! The location of Massimo Plaza is hard to beat, given the convenience of access to multiple restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel is in the centro storico so everything is close at hand and an easy walk to most of the sights. the dining area is small so room service is offered for breakfast. The room and bed were very comfortable
