The room was so spacious and cute. The beds were really comfortable. There were 2 ACs, one facing each bed. The open double shower was really cute. The location is perfect, it’s in the city center, near all the must-see spots of Palermo. The terrace is really cosy and the staff really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m visiting Palermo.

Very good location! In the centre of Palermo. 20 minute walk from the train station which is very handy. Heaps of restaurants and shops nearby, and the bus stop which you can take to Mondello beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The host Giorgio was very welcoming as soon as we met him, providing us with lots of recommendations of what we could do during our time in Palermo. He was able to organise a room change almost immediately after I had let him know there was a problem in the room despite it being 11pm at night, however the problem in the room was resolved the next day ☺️
