Claudio is an absolute delight and made the whole process very easy. He is very kind and is multilingual which made things much simpler for check-in and communication. This is a family business and I have nothing but respect for them. If I ever head back to polaro this will be the first listing that I look for

I stayed in this appartment only for a few hours before my flight. The location is excellent and I could come to the appartment straight away after the confirmation.
