The service was excellent, with Piero and colleagues listening to all our needs. The location is very good for visiting Palermo's old, rich, spectacular centre and its markets. The flat has great value for money.

The accommodation was quite close to the centre. Communication with the staff was very good. We very much appreciated the air conditioning in the room. We also liked the breakfast option which was good value/money.

We arrived around 10:00 and were greeted by a staff member. Even though she only spoke Italian, she was helpful and arranged us to have our room around 11:00 already (instead of the official check-in time of 14:00). Also, Piero attended to my complaint about the noisy neighbours, so that was definitely positive. The room we stayed in was clean and it was nice to have free coffee available in the kitchen.

The host was very nice and approachable, offering to let us leave the bags before the check-in time, and then it was even possible to to the check-in before the designated time. There is free parking on the street and it is a 10 minutes walk to the gorgeous Cathedral of Palermo. In terms of the bedroom, it was spacious and had anything we needed, including a functioning A/C. The bathroom was private and overall ok, but the shower cabine was a bit small. The apartment also offers breakfast, but we did not try it. The kitchen has all the supply needed if one chooses to prepare something, and the supermarket Todis is one the other side of the street.
