The location was really great, super close to the touristic areas. The property managers were super friendly and easygoing, and the communication was uncomplicated via WhatsApp. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

The location was excellent. I enjoyed that we could right out of the property and walk to all the major locations. It was also walking distance from the train, which was a plus. I loved the neighborhood. Neighbors were super nice and full of information.

Good location very close to the Ballarat markets and the train station. Walking distance to the cathedral and Norman Palace, and the port. Palermo is very large so difficult to find an area that’s perfect for everything. Check in went very smoothly and the man carried all our bags up to the second floor apartment, which was fantastic. very friendly neighbour said ciao to us every morning.
