Staff (Particularly Matteo) were lovely and so helpful/welcoming. Location was also good, right on the port and easy to walk to the main attractions. The bed was super comfy and the shower was nice and warm with good pressure. We got a complimentary upgrade on arrival, which was lovely and this placed us on the 6th floor overlooking the port with a balcony in a newly designed room. It was really nice and a great way to stay for our trip with a nice view watching the ferries come and go. Handy parking available behind the hotel, which was a little expensive (€15), but very convenient.

Good breakfast on the seventh floor, with seaside view. Staff friendly and welcoming. Clean. Comfy beds.

Superb top floor breakfast room, restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace and great views over the port area. The food was excellent and the evening buffet meal was outstanding with a huge variety of tasty local dishes. There is also a large carpark at the back of the hotel so parking is easy

Good hotel and good service staff.Situated a fantastic place very nearer to everything at City Avenue with historical Cultural heritages. Adjucent to Palermo harbour.What a view over Mediterian Sea through hotel and balcony 😂
