Staff were pleasant and the room was fine and comfortable, the neighbourhood isn't the best but is located well enough in walking distance to Teatro Politeama Garibaldi and Teatro Massimo. Good value

Really friendly personell, as you may expect their English is great. They informed us about nice recommendations in Palermo and we definitely saw a whole lot of diverse places in the span of 2 days. Regarding the room, although small, it is comfortable, very, very clean. Nice to come into a good hotel after a long travel. We would definitely recommend staying here for a couple of nights while exploring Palermo.

The host was super organized and friendly. The location is perfect (close to the center yet quiet). The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. After checking out, the host kindly kept our luggage free of charge while we strolled in the town. This is one of the best stays over the past 5 weeks in Italy. We like to come back stay again!
