The perfect location close to everything. This hotel offered us a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. A stone throw to the best street food, top end stores, churches and street markets. The hotel for us, was excellent, comfortable beds, hot showers, roof top chill out area and bar. The breakfast was in abundance and we so looked forward it every morning, delicious pastries, ham, cheese, toast, juice, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to perfection, coffee was amazing. Compliments to Alessandra and Sara for their kindness and happy personas. With the amount of people who have travelled through this hotel we were amazed how Sara, could remember the little things we enjoyed at breakfast..thank you. Reception staff were top of the class. Nothing was too much for them, they assisted us with any questions we had, particularly Davide. His hospitality skills were exceptional. We would like to extend our sincere and warmest thanks to all for making our stay in Palmermo perfect, especially Signora Farruggio who took the time to get to know us and made us feel most welcomed.

Everything at the hotel was perfect — from the initial communication before our arrival all the way to our departure. The room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking a charming side street. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind. We received great recommendations on where to go and where to eat. Breakfast was perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

The location was perfect. Walkable distance to most sites and places we wanted to visit. Great location for the main busy street with restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was decent size and not too much noise from the street below. Balcony was a bonus although we didn't really use it. The breakfast was superb. Top quality coffee and pastries, fruit and fresh eggs done to order. Couldn't fault it. Staff were really lovely.
