Everything! The location is the best. Close to downtown and central station and airport shuttle bus station. The staff was extremly kind. The room was clean and the bed perfect.

The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They are also knowledgeable about the area and recommended sights for us to see and excellent restaurants. The hotel itself is located in a very central area a short 5 min walk to Teatro Massimo, where you can get the City Sight hop on hop off bus. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was very nice.
