The hotel is positioned really well in the middle of Palermo. All of the staff were brilliant - friendly, polite and efficient. There was a huge choice at breakfast every morning including gluten free. The room we had was large and spotlessly clean and quiet despite being in a central location. The shower was really good with a constant supply of hot water. The staff on the desk were really helpful and friendly. The Concierge Philippo was amazing and he arranged some fantastic trips for us. The rooftop restaurant has incredible views of Palermo and the food and the service is excellent. You need to book as it is very popular. I went with my family and would highly recommend Hotel Politeama!
