The works start at 6am and end at 10pm form Monday to Friday and from 6am to 12pm on Saturday.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Fabio was really nice and gave us all the instructions for the check in. It is not too far from the Center (around 20min by foot) and the metro Station is nearby :)

Apartment is located in area close to the Teatro Massimo and once you pass the rout you would find the way easily. All of the city attractions are located nearby and the neighborhood is quite and decent. Although there was a construction site next to the building we haven't been waken up by the workers during our stay. Apartment is easily accessible with the key in the locker and we didn't meet the owner during our stay, which suited our needs and time management.

Parking spot just in front od the builiding, not so far to old town (10-15min) walk, easy access by self check in (clear instructions). Picture on booking shows exactly how to room looks like.
