“Great stay in the heart of Palermo.”

Fantastic apartment, you feel like you are in a hotel. Even though it's an shared apartment we didn't really see many guest apart from the morning. Our room was very big but the lightning was poor which was a shame. In regards to communal areas there is kitchen which is well equipped, there was bottled water, juice, milk in the fridge. Choice of different cakes and biscuits for breakfast, fresh croissants on Mon morning were lovely. The dining/lounge area is very spacious and lovely decorated. It is on 6th floor but there is a lift. Great location, very central, 5-10 min walk to Quattro Canti or Teatro Massimo. If you have a car it's tricky to get there and anything bigger than Fiat Panda may not squeeze through some narrow streets. There is on street parking but not easy to find and you must be careful which side of the street you park as some you need to pay and some you don't.

“Lucked in” when we chose this place. Ideally situated. Less than 50 metres to via Maqueda the main street in the historic part of Palermo and 100 metres from the Teatro Massimo Vittorio Emanuele opera house. The bedroom and bathroom (Room 6) is very spacious with plenty of cupboard space and very clean and homely. The verandah has magnificent views to the mountains, the Teatro Massimo and glimpses of the cathedral. Greeted by Angela who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our 3 day stay and via WhatsApp prior. The breakfast room and lounge areas are very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities are available 24 hours with a nice assortment of biscuits and cakes. After travelling for 8 days it was a bonus that we were able to use the washing machine and dryer. A tip if travelling by car and using Google or GPS the accomodation is not clear - to help you the entrance is next to a barber shop and is on the 6th floor. Suggest you drive past 10 metres and turn into Donizetti St where there is free parking. Wifi is good but unfortunately does not work in the bedroom. We would highly recommend this accomodation.

Breakfast was adequate. Immediate surroundings were very dirty with much rubbish and graffiti. Not far from Teatro massima which was good.
