Everything was perfect : the apartment is very clean and clear. The kitchen is full of utensils. The location is also perfect : very close to Via Maqueda and Via Roma, lots of sights, shops or restaurants all around. Marcello, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful person, and his French is better than my Italian. I absolutely recommend this place to whoever wants to spend some days in Palermo.

Very clean apartment near the historic centre. The owner met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very helpful. We asked him to remove the scented sticks in the studio as my wife is asthmatic which he did. However,the narrow corridor outside our apartment which belonged to the Burnia Holiday House had very pungent scented sticks which were responsible for triggering an asthma attack. Other than that we extremely pleased with the apartment.

I would highly recommend the accommodation - it was nice & clean and very close to the historical centre of Palermo. The airport shuttle bus stop was around the corner. The host was very nice and helpful (provided lots of info). Also plenty of restaurants that were walking distance from the accommodation.

The room was very clean, there was enough space for our big luggague and the equipment of the kitchen was perfect. The bathroom even had ear tips and slippers. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, 20 metres away from the main street. Marcello warmly welcomed us to our room and provided information about restaurants, shops and even bus timetables and where to buy tickets for an airport shuttle. We loved our stay at Burnìa and would recommend anyone to stay here. We'll definetely book this holiday house again if we'll ever be in Palermo again.
