Early check in. Prompt help when a phone was dropped in the lift shaft. Quiet room, balcony, excellent location near main sights, five minutes to airport bus stop.

Everything. Sad that we can only stay for 1 night. A beautiful place in a very nice environment in Palermo. Highly recommend.

Great location - very safe street close to everything, the room super clean, bed comfy, had a kitchen, well equipped. It’s perfect for a short stay. The manager was incredibly kind and responsive: they explained the checkin perfectly and even let us check out later due to my sickness🙏
