I cannot fully evaluate the standard of the original room as there was an issue with my reservation. However, I can share my overall experience of the stay and the host. Upon arrival, Frederica immediately contacted me, and although I am not entirely sure what the problem was, we waited for Giuseppe, who kindly drove me to an alternative location. The new accommodation was slightly outside the center, but it offered a beautiful view, convenient transport connections, a pool, and a spacious room. Giuseppe was extremely courteous and even offered to drive me to and pick me up from any spot. The original location, as I had read in reviews and noticed when walking from the station, is indeed very well situated and serves as an excellent base for visiting the main attractions. Overall, the host’s helpfulness and the experience as a whole definitely deserve five stars. I highly recommend this place.

Staff is great ( Frederica) : very friendly and helpful owner ( Guiseppe ) helpful and understanding when i was late for check-in ( i was driving from another city ) check-in/check-out hours were very good ( i stayed in 5 properties in sicily and this was the best ) place is very clean, quite the room was large, bed is comfy there is washing machine ( i dont remember seeing it in the description ) and coffee machine the sea food shops around ( i had very delicious and cheap octopus salad snacks for the beach )

A light breakfast provided. Apart from some traffic noise (which isn't annoying when the windows are closed) the location is good. A 12 minutes walk to the town centre/stations and 20 to the historic centre and port.

Nice and cozy B&B. It is located 10 minutes leisurely walk from the gate near the royal palace. Nearby there is a fairly large supermarket Conad, a pastry shop, a bank, beauty salons, snack bars with Sicilian food at affordable prices. On the way to the old part of the city there are several interesting buildings, the mini-hotel itself is located on the second floor, there is an elevator. The hotel has a family atmosphere, and at the same time has everything you need for your stay. Beautiful, tastefully selected furniture, a set of fluffy towels, shower gel and shampoo. Fully equipped kitchen. And the room where breakfast is served has a large balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast is more than enough for a B&B: pastries, yogurt, juices, tea and for all tastes. There is an offer for gluten-free breakfast. Special thanks to the staff. Oh, my hospitable Italians - I felt like I was visiting my best friends!
