Exceeded all expectations. In the heart of the city, it feels like a home from home. The warmest and friendliest host that ensured you were looked after and with all the hidden tips to experience Palermo like a true local. Spotless and comfy bedroom, exquisite private bathroom, and a stones throw from incredible restaurants. A gem of a boutique hotel!

Everything was great, location, the hostess is very kind, accommodating, we felt like home. It was raining and she even gave us an umbrella. Everything was top notch.

Beautiful old building (bonus that there is an old fashioned lift), great location near Ballaro Market and other things, Letizia was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very at home, and everything was so clean and wonderful. Bathroom excellent amd beautiful, although separate from the room.

Super friendly and helpful host. Close to station and able to leave bags on early arrival and late checkout. Plenty of little extras like hot beverages and bottled water. Excellent views from the balcony and a lift to get up to the apartment. The area can be a little noisy but fabulous aircon and double glazing!
