Great location next to Ballarò market and the bus station, but well isolated from noise. We stayed in the big room, it was very clean and comfortable. Also nice suggestions from the hosts on food and what to visit :)

Our host Letizia was exceptionally warm and welcoming. We felt immediately at home in her beautiful apartment. She has separate living quarters on the same floor, so was on hand should we have needed anything. She gave us recommendations for places to eat, of which we tried two and were not disappointed. Nothing was too much bother for her, she offered us beach towels, should we have wished to visit the beach and when I asked if she had an iron she offered both an iron and a steamer as options. The room, bathroom and communal area were exceptionally clean. The communal area housed snacks, water and coffee with coffee machine and were all provided free of charge. Letizia was the perfect host and we couldn't rate her apartment and welcome highly enough.

Exceeded all expectations. In the heart of the city, it feels like a home from home. The warmest and friendliest host that ensured you were looked after and with all the hidden tips to experience Palermo like a true local. Spotless and comfy bedroom, exquisite private bathroom, and a stones throw from incredible restaurants. A gem of a boutique hotel!
