La Kalsa location, friendly staff, excellent shower, all was clean and tidy, there was complimentary bottled water and a chocolate on the pillow replenished daily, a nice touch.

Great location to explore the heart of Palermo. Wonderful staff who were helpful with any queries and organised the multiple transfers we required during our stay. Lovely touch to provide a 'takeaway' breakfast for our early departure and bonus gift which was a nice treat.

Very good and very friendly staff Maria Rita and Chiara are super helpful with their advice about what to do in Palermo . We loved the cooked eggs and varied breakfast items , sweets and fresh bottle of water every day and tidying our room and new towels daily was very welcome ♥️ Dario was also a great host very welcoming and appreciated him walking us to the property when we arrived late at night .
