Staff was great. We booked late at night like 10PM, we were met and greeted by our arrival at 10:45PM. Breakfast was basic, but nice, just outside the building. Finally we asked if we could store our luggage for few hours after checkout and they happily helped us with it. Location was very convenient as well. All in all- top notch experience!

The location was very close to the centre of town, super easy to walk all over where we needed to go. We loved the breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, really hard to beat. Gives you a truly authentic taste of Palermo history and culture. The staff is very helpful and nice. Accommodation is nice and clean. Just a note that property has no lift.
