Francesca was so great as a host! She was able to help me in all aspects including booking an early morning cab ride for my return to the airport. She answered my messages very quickly. the place was spotless, and very comfortable. I was a single female traveling alone and the location could not be more perfect or safe. I highly recommend!

The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town, close to all attractions and bus stop to the airport. Francesca is a really nice and helpful person whom you can contact when you need. You can see that she really cares about the place and the guests. The room was basic with very comfortable bed and mattress. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The rooms are part of a big apartment with private bathrooms. It still keeps the kitchen and big halls as commonplace. The entry in the building is actually from one of the two main pedestrian streets from the city center with nice and well maintained entry and stairs. Francesca, the landlady is very carefuller and ready to help. In my case, as I arrived in the morning after a night train, she give me the access to the room before 10 am so I could take a shower. Also, I was allowed to leave my bag inside the lobby until late night having the keys to enter to pick it up. I highly recommend staying at Francesca
