The apartment is really nice and very well located (in the center but in a quiet street). It was also very clean! The owner (Chiara) is so kind and gave me some precious information about Palermo. I will not hesitate to book this apartment again when I'll come back to this lovely city !

Elvira and her husband were so helpful and thoughtful throughout. They helped guide us to good local places to visit and eat! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more in such a central location in a lovely, clean and modern apartment. Many thanks.

Really friendly and helpful hosts. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is in a safe location, but better to have earplugs for the night if youre sensitive to street noises. There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen, the bathroom is fully equipped as well. Had a really nice stay at Nicaredda, fully reccommend!

The location is amazing! The studio has everything you need for a short stay ( even longer stay). The hosts were super, super nice and kind - loved their care and also appreciated the food recommandations :) Thank you!
