The staff especially door and catering always had a smile for everyone, great Breakfast Buffet , good facilities and rooms super clean . I wanted to steal the pillows 😁

We are cycling through Sumatra and were staying at the Aryaduta. I lost my wallet outside the hotel with money and cards inside. The staff was very helpful and did everything to find it. They did! Excellent staf! Thank you once again. Regards, William

The staff were all very friendly and always tried hard to make our stay as good as possible. They even set up an extension cord in our room for our CPAP machines and had our breakfast vourcher already in our room. The hotel facilities were good.

Got a Free room upgrade because there were no non smoking rooms left. Staff is friendly and kind. It’s next to Palembang square.
