La Fonda exceeded our expectations! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept wonderfully — it’s a very peaceful place with no noise, perfect for rest, but with good location, near to all the restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, and Katie is absolutely lovely. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation :)

Lovely building and room. Breakfast room where coffee, tea and snacks are available all day. Nice quiet part of town, easy walk to shops and port. Bus runs nearby. But the best part was the host, Kate, who is very welcoming and can talk easily in English, Italian and French and possibly more. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable. I had a great stay

Katie is a marvellous person. She and her little companion Gipsy were great host and super nice with us, always attentive to our possible needs. Breakfast was amazing and the room beautiful and comfortable. We will definetely come back! Thanks for everything, Katie :) Best, Laura and Pablo
