The pool area was really good with plenty of space. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. Check-in and out were done efficiently. Breakfast was varied but pretty much the same most days, but that isn't unusual. However, Hotel Palau did have an additional breakfast station each day with a different theme - e.g., doughnut stand one day, another, fresh fish, foccicia, smoothies, etc. - this was in addition to the standard breakfast. That was a nice touch. You were severed hot drinks really quickly. The view for breakfast was stunning. The service was great. The room was clean and made up each day, and housekeepers were really friendly. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Cocktails were especially good.

Absolutely everything. It was a truly magnificent hotel and we had the best time there. Our room was luxurious, spacious, clean. The amenities are amazing. The on site day spa was brilliant. All of the staff from reception, bar, restaurant were all so friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
