The fine print
Please note that extra beds and baby cots can only be accommodated upon prior request and only in some of the rooms.If you want to enjoy the restaurants (on site but run independently from the hotel), you need to book in advance because they can be closed or full. Many other restaurants are within the 5-kilometer perimeter (in the old city of Carcassonne and also in the next village, Cazilhac). My selection is on my website. The hotel also proposes some "planches" with ham and cheese to be enjoyed in the garden (order before 18:00), local beers, local wine, and local ice cream.Please note that massages must be booked in advance. Sauna access is EUR 20 per hour per person, unless you have a discount voucher.You can rent electric bikes upon reservation.All requests for late arrival between 21:30 and 00:00 are possible and subject to confirmation by the property.A late check-out after 11:00 can be arranged upon request.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Beautiful house, property, swimming pool, corridor Furniture are functional but should be improve for that price range Breakfast was sufficient but again can be improve with more local product, more fruits for example The Swimming pool is really beautiful but not accessible as you need to get a very steep and narrow stairs Staff was great except at breakfast the last day when they were cleaning the room and other table doing a lot of noise while we were still eating and the breakfast was supposed to be still open Overall a great stay but a lot of things the owner could improve to make it to the standing they sell

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! It’s small and very cozy, with a nice renovation and everything you need in the rooms. The grounds are beautiful, with a lovely garden and pool. The hosts, Emma and Kathi, were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they gave us great advice and were always very kind and helpful.

The bucolic atmosphere, the pleasant pool, and the breakfast with a good selection of quality products. The room was fairly comfortable and the large shower was a nice touch.

We absolutely loved the perfect location, romantic atmosphere and outstanding service... Initially, we stayed for 5 days, but cancelled our next location in favor of this one :-).
