All service givers were trying really hard to help me out in any subject and were friendly. I forgot my computer adapter in the room and went back to Switzerland. They send it to me via post :)

Basic needs are covered well. Perfect stay for being next to the university, and being an apartment hotel seems geared towards longer stays than one night. I did not have the opportunity to use the kitchen but it looked like having the most obvious equipment. Good value, clean facilities, prompt communication and very kind personnel. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day. The place is not exactly a good spot for visiting Paris.Dead quiet area on a Sunday evening, but it was still possible to find a place to eat.

The location is good, it is easy to find public transportation. The staff is helpful and fast response. The facility is good.

The staff were friendly and attentive - except the only person who was wearing a tie at the front desk, the location was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed.
