Great place in Pakse with a very friendly and helpful owner. The rooms were basic, but clean and spacious. You could also rent very good motorbikes there. Very much recommended.

Xavier, the owner, and his wife were so naturally friendly and welcoming, it made our stay. We rented a motorcycle from them and did a fabulous day trip out to the plateau that Xavier gave us a map and advice for, along with a nearby restaurant recommendation. Friendly atmosphere at the guesthouse, small details like drinking water, good AC, great breakfast appreciated.

English speaking Owners Xavier and his wife are very helpful. Staff speak almost no English yet they have big smiles and want to help and they do a great job. A very good value place to stay, good value breakfast and laundry that comes back folded flat, one of the small details and effort made. Internet worked well enough for video conference calls. Nearby:: ATM, a good Mekong River walk, evening riverside bars and a few scattered restaurants. Recommended using an e car booking app to get around when needed although we pretty much walked everywhere in the cooler parts of the day. For us it was a perfect four days to relax and work on line.
