The location is beautiful & to wake up every morning next to the lake is the best. The property has good air con & insect nets at the windows so keeps mosquitoes out. The staff are very nice especially the Filipino guy who runs the bar. Cycle hire is €15 & there are lots off virtually traffic free routes if you take lane ahead of the exit. We walked to Cvena luka in less than an hour & cycled to biograd. The swimming conditions in the lake are good and the water is very warm.

Directly located at the lake, as it was just start of the season it was almost empty. Nice small apartment

We loved the view , the comfort and all facilities in the mobile home , and the close location to beautiful beaches and a day trip to Zadar. Being out of season it was also nice and quiet, and no crowds or queues anywhere!

Great location with beautiful houses featuring terraces, offering excellent views of the lake and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Dog-friendly.
