The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and the first time in a long time we have had a room not only with power points next to the bed, but in a position where they can be easily accessed, incredible, well done Pakenham Mecure.

Macarena was a delight when we arrived. The room was excellent and better than we expected. Good value and very clean. Big, comfortable bed. Couldn't fault really.

The breakfast was in a box all good. The restaurant is getting a new make over. Staff are fantastic. l always look forward to my staff the the Mecure in Pakenham.
