Location was good and right on the beach. They are set back a little and you are away from the massai who bug you when walking on the beach every 2min. The breakfast was really good and they gave you enough food.

The beach was right at our doorstep. We walked barefoot to the restaurants. The host, Fatima, was warm and welcoming, and prepared homemade bread for us, she made sure to make our stay comfortable.

Our stay at Duara Beach in Paje was truly unforgettable! The location, right on the kite beach, is absolutely stunning and makes this place the perfect retreat to fully enjoy the beauty of Zanzibar. While the accommodation is simple, it provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, Fatima and Haji welcomed us with such warmth, making us feel at home. Their hospitality was always present and contributed greatly to our overall comfort. We especially appreciated the little touches like the complimentary coffee, tea, and refillable water. Every morning, we were treated to a freshly prepared breakfast, which was a real delight, and the rooms were cleaned daily to ensure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Thanks to Fatima and Haji’s attentive care, our holiday turned into a true highlight. We will definitely be back! A big thank you to our hosts for this unforgettable experience!

The location was perfect, right on the beach, and more than we could have hoped for given the price we paid. Likewise breakfast was great. We were in short walking distance (minutes) to several restaurants and bars, all accessible by a walk on the beach. Our room had the coolest air con we have ever experienced, which was much appreciated after spending time in the sun. Over all, we would highly recommend this accommodation and is a perfect bed and breakfast
