Staff were amazing. They had sent instructions to my Australian number as I hadn't gotten a New Zealand SIM yet, so I didn't have access to the instructions upon arrival. We arrived late, and there was nothing to do but call the staff. The lady who picked up was very understanding and walked me through how to collect the keys. Location was amazing - right by the beach.
