Its location to the beach and could easily walk into Paignton. The views of Goodrington sands was amazing

We had a wonderful stay with Val and Roger. Our en-suite room had everything we needed and the view out to sea was magnificent.

This was my and my daughter’s 3rd stay with Val and Roger and as always they looked after us amazingly - it is such a home from home with everything you would need for a short stay. The location is perfect with restaurants close by and only a short walk over the hill into Paignton. The bed is super comfy, the views are incredible, and the private gate to the beach is so handy. We love staying here and will be back as long as they’ll have us!
