All as expected clean tidy and great food served in restaurant 😋 Beautiful newly done bathroom with great shower just needs toilet seat sorting as not fitted properly. Tea and coffee making facilities were plentiful.

Firstly, to address some other's reviews, this was £40.00 per night for 2 of us, yes it is 1.5 miles from town but seriously, look at a map before you book then leave negative feedback about location. No it is not 5 star luxury...it's £40.00 per night for 2 adults! No, there is no breakfast but it clearly states that before you book! Yes, there is road noise but if that bothers you then look on the map before you book and you'll see it's on a main road. It is extremely good value for money, you would pay similar to pitch a tent in a field so bear that in mind when you leave feedback. It is basic accomodation but it is confortable and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. Toiletries were provided. Kettle and tea bags provided. Good carparking.
